This class will be a presented as a live-stream seminar using the Zoom platform. To attend as a live-stream, you will connect via the internet at your home or office and see everything as you would in the seminar. The Monday before the seminar, you will receive an email with the instructions and links to log into the program on the seminar date.

The seminar is intended for the practicing chiropractor who would like to learn about:

 a.    The benefits of learning, doing, and publishing your research

b.      Doing research in a chiropractic office in particular

c.       Research methods in general

d.      Getting published in a peer-reviewed science journal

 About the speaker

 Dr. Hart brings 30+ years of research and publication experience to this seminar with 80+ papers published in peer-reviewed science journals.

The seminar will include:

 ·         Purpose and benefits of research in general with current research and how to do literature
searches          

·         Research designs, including those which are feasible for the practicing chiropractor in his or her
office (aka practice-based research)     

·         Examples of published practice-based research

·         Basic statistics including Outlier Detection

·         Steps in conducting in-office research
