Nutrition Certification Program

Friday: 3:00 - 9:00 pm
Saturday: 8:00am - 9:00pm
Sunday: 8:00am - 3:00pm

This class is being presented as a live-stream seminar. We are using the Zoom platform. You will connect via the internet at your home or office and see everything as you would in the seminar. The Monday before the seminar, you will receive an email with the instructions and links to log into the program on the seminar date.

Wisconsin will allow the certification to be presented live-stream - however, no CE hours will be provided.

48 hour Certification program for Wisconsin DCs

All you need to become certified in Nutrition for the state of Wisconsin!

2 Weekends - 48 hours - $1000
Cost includes the exam

Part 1:
Friday, July 17: 3:00 pm - 9:00pm
Saturday, July 18: 8:00am - 2:00pm
Exam for Part 1: Saturday 2:30pm

Part 2:
Saturday, July 18: 3:00pm - 9:00pm
Sunday, July 19: 8:00am - 2:00pm
Exam for Part 2: Sunday 2:30pm

Part 3:
Friday, Aug 28: 3:00 pm - 9:00pm
Saturday, Aug 29: 8:00am - 2:00pm
Exam for Part 3: Saturday 2:30pm

Part 4:
Saturday, Aug 29: 3:00pm - 9:00pm
Sunday, Aug 30: 8:00am - 2:00pm
Exam for Part 4: Sunday 2:30pm

You attend and take the exams. You must pass with 75% accuracy to fulfill requirements of certification. After completion, you will receive the paperwork to send into the state board to receive your certification.

Cancellation/Refund Policy: Registrations are fully refundable up to 1 week prior to the date of the seminar. Within 1 week of a seminar, fees are nonrefundable.

Fetterman Events reserves the right to change topics and/or speakers if absolutely necessary. Registered doctors will be notified if this change is to occur as soon as possible and attendee will have the option to opt out of the seminar. If a change is necessary, we will ensure that the change includes CE approval.
