BFR with Rehab & Exercises
12 CE Hours Available
The B3 team (Dr. Otto & Dr. Adams) will kick off the day by introducing you to the up-and-coming focus in strength training! This course will give the Chiropractor:
1) A solid foundation and understanding of BFR history, mechanisms, research, science, safety and practical applications for better outcomes.
2) A personal opportunity to transform their own exercise results more efficiently (easier, faster, and safer) compared to traditional exercise, ultimately extending career quality, longevity and productivity.
3) Both a personal and professional opportunity that is congruent with Chiropractic that enhances and supports the body from the inside-out in doing what it was designed to do, express life and heal, ultimately producing better exercise, performance and rehab outcomes.
Dr. Carter will finish the day teaching rehab exercises that are helpful to your patients. You will learn several exercises, how to correctly perform them and teach them to your patients. Topics include functional strength, power, flexibility and fitness as it relates to everyday work, home and recreational activities
